Applications for Membership

HE Institutional Members: UK APE welcomes new full Institutional Members from any United Kingdom Higher Education Institution, University College, or Faculty or School thereof, who share its aims and objects. Institutional members can send representatives to any of the meetings, or activities, or conferences of the Association and can elect and can take part as Honorary Officers or as members of the Executive Committee.

Associate Institutional Members: Over the years the Association has reached out to related bodies and organisations to join the Association as Associate Institutional Members. Such group associate membership entitles such organisations full participation in all of the activities of the Association, excepting any participation at the AGM in the election of the officers of the Association. Associate Institutional Members can be overseas' universities, or faculties, or other organisations related to the fields of publishing and media education outside of the Higher Education sector, within or outside of the United Kingdom. Such bodies are welcome to join the Association at a reduced group rate.

Associate Individual Professional Members: The Association is keen to hear from individuals or academics, from within or outside of the United Kingdom, who may wish to join the Association as a new class of Associate Individual Professional Member. Such individual applications will be considered by the Executive Committee.

Contact: All enquiries for membership should be addressed to the Secretary of the Association. The membership year runs from January to December.
